"Owner Ricky Stroup was infinitely patient with us, as after our initial meeting it took us over a year to hire his company to do this work. During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. He wrote several proposals for us, so we could see the financial impacts of our different scope options. Our indecision on scope, and delay in scheduling, never caused any frustration or ill will on his part. Mr. Stroup was helpful, friendly, and patient throughout! His team installed everything in one day, and all who worked on our project were extremely courteous and professional. We have been very impressed with the quality of the work. "Best of the best. Our pool is 25 years old and three years ago AnthonySylvan did an entire rework. Last week we had a problem with our plaster in one small section of our baby pool and even though out of warranty item they came today and fixed our plaster and we are up and running again. Awesome customer support"

"Very disappointed with Greystone Masonry. We are not pleased with our stamped concrete patio at all. First, it was uneven. Instead of starting over, they cut the uneven portion out and re-poured only the affected section, which was about 1/4 of the patio. This resulted in uneven coloring. Again, instead of re-pouring, they sent someone out twice to reseal the patio, telling us it would even out the color. It didn't. As a result, there is so much sealant on the patio that now it has bubbles that have erupted all over the patio. I've contacted the store via phone and e-mail. No response from either. Terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend."
