Our glass panes was a double glass, and only one was cracked, so Glass Smith replaced the cracked one with a new one. They did everything right away, ordered the new glass pane, and replaced the glass within two days. This was not the first time that our glass pane cracked. This tends to happen during severe cold weather in winter. Last year, when it happened, we contacted a different glass repair company, and it took them over a week to replace it.
