"They came out to give me an estimate on a new sliding glass door without me having to be present. Then they contacted me and also sent me via email a copy of the estimate and went over any questions I had. They were able to install that week (which I did need right away). They were on time, neat, cleared out everything, friendly, and the price for the work they did was great. They did an excellent job. Wish I would have known of them last year when I needed two windows replaced. I will be using them for any future work that I need."

"Presidential Exteriors is a well-managed company. We had twenty-five, very large, windows, two large sliding glass doors and the front door replaced. Everyone, starting with the young man who approached us to talk about the company, the salespeople and the team doing the work was professional, polite, honest, pleasant and super careful. The windows, sliding glass doors and the front door look amazing. Our house is fifty-two-years old and badly needed to be "refreshed". The quality of their products is excellent. While the work was being done, several people from the company came by to check on the progress. After the job was completed, we met with Ben who came by to do a final inspection and answer any questions or concerns we may have. The crew cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. "strongly recommend Glass Smith for any window or glass repair or replacements that you may need. Last week, one of the glass panes in our studio cracked, and we called Glass Smith to repair it. Our glass panes was a double glass, and only one was cracked, so Glass Smith replaced the cracked one with a new one. They did everything right away, ordered the new glass pane, and replaced the glass within two days. This was not the first time that our glass pane cracked. This tends to happen during severe cold weather in winter. Last year, when it happened, we contacted a different glass repair company, and it took them over a week to replace it. This time, we decided to call Glass Smith, and we were very impressed with the professional work of the technician, and the overall friendliness and responsiveness of the manager. In addition, we feel that considering the swiftness of the service and the quality of the replacement glass, the price was very reasonable, lower than last year."
