Alex and his team of painters went above and beyond with the paint job for my entire townhouse before putting it on the market for sale. I highly recommend them for your painting jobs as well. Very informative, they listen to your needs, they give you advice that best fits your needs, theyâ re punctual, and I cannot thank them enough for a job well done. The most competitive in pricing as well compared to everyone in the area. Really happy with their work, and I plan on using them in the future if I need them again. Communication in setting up the project was excellent; the crew arrived when they said they would, and they understood immediately what was needed and completed the work efficiently and expertly. Alex and his team did a very good job with the dry wall repair, touch up painting and the painting of my bedrooms. I will use them again.

Alex and his men worked hard all day to stain our fence. When they were finished, our fence looked wonderful. We're really happy with their work, and will hire them again next year to do the deck!

Empire Pro Painters responded quickly to my request and were willing to adjust their hours to accommodate mine; I really appreciate that. They came in, did a great job, and were out in a short period of time. The quality of the work was fantastic - highly recommend.

Excellent and timely service.

Empire Pro Painters did a very good job on a ceiling repair and finishing drywall, and they were able to do the job within a week of our first contact. We had a little bit of miscommunication on small job details--what exactly "ready for painting" meant (we ended up having to do some minor sanding). That is the only reason the review is not 5 stars all around, and I probably could have avoided this issue entirely by requesting a more detailed written proposal, or hiring Empire to do the painting.

The quality was second to none! Easy to work with. Arrived on time. Communicated price and supply list accurately and in advance. Easy to schedule and worked diligently all day until job was completed. Was honestly and fair. And in general very pleasant to be around and interact with. Very friendly! Job: sanding, priming, and painting kitchen cabinets (with sprayer). As well as two joint rooms. Took 2 days and was perfect.

Alex responded immediately when I requested someone for drywall repair and painting due to a roof leak. His estimate was competitive and his casual confidence gave me confidence to hire him. Alex was awesome! I loved how quickly he replied to me, his energy, attention to detail and desire to make sure I was happy every step of the way! I was traveling for work and forgot to leave him a key- Alex was able to work with my property manager to start the job in spite of my error and begin work while I was in flight. THAT is the kind of trouble shooting you want when you re a busy professional!
