Guy was wonderful, extremely flexible, did not charge me for 2 service calls even though he had to come to my home twice on the same day to remove and replace the hot water heater while working around the floor installer. If he had not agreed, on less than 24 hour notice, to attend to the hot water heater I would have had to wait almost 2 weeks before the floor installer was available again. He is very professional, does quality work and truly lives up to his NICE GUY name. His prices are very competitive and he goes out of his way to work with the customer. I'm not sure any other plumber would have done what he did and charge the customer for only 1 service call given he had to come to my home twice in order for me to accommodate installer for my kitchen floor. "The job went very well. We had a total of 42 cabinet doors and drawers that Steve hoped to paint outside. Due to weather issues, he took them off site to paint. He and a fellow that works for him came on two days to prime and paint the boxes. They came a third day to rehang the cabinets and replace the hardware. The cabinets are painted MDF and some of the doors had areas where the paint had worn or chipped away allowing water to get in and swell the fibers. Steve did a good job of fixing these areas before painting...not an easy task as the fibers just want to flake away. I was pleasantly surprised since I had other painters and cabinet people tell me they couldn't be fixed and would have to be replaced. The cabinets look great and you have to really look hard to notice any difference between door that had the worse damage and the pristine cabinets.  

I was also pleased that he fit me into his schedule to paint the outside of a double, second floor replacement window that we had installed prior to him starting the kitchen cabinet job.

My only suggestion to Steve would be to lay paper or a drop cloth from the door to the work site. Wiping up boot prints from the hardwood floor was really no big deal to me but it might be to someone else.  

Steve and Josh were very nice guys, very considerate and easy to work with. I would hire S & S painting again in a minute."

"Let me start at the beginning ... the initial meeting with our salesman Al was very pleasant.  He gathered the information he needed from us as to what we needed and gave us appropriate suggestions.  He delivered the estimate, and what I really liked was he was not pushy.  We told him we were getting other estimates and he waited for us to make a decision.  I cannot say enough how much I appreciated the fact that he was not a "pushy salesman".
The estimate was about what we expected and in line with the others we got.
We are VERY HAPPY that we decided to go with Grace Exterior.  They came exactly when they said they would.  The job took the amount of time they estimated it would.  Their installers were very professional and courteous, and at the end of every day they cleaned up all of their materials and left our house the way they found it.  More to the point they did a fabulous job in every respect.  The team that does the vinyl wrapping goes above and beyond.  When I drive around and look at other vinyl wrapping jobs, I do not see any that have the amount of details incorporated into them that our does.
At then end of the job, we were contacted to find out how it went and if we had any issues or concerns - great customer service and followup.
If you are looking for any of these types of services I highly recommend getting an estimate from Grace Exteriors - I believe you will be happy too in your dealings with them.
