Guy was wonderful, extremely flexible, did not charge me for 2 service calls even though he had to come to my home twice on the same day to remove and replace the hot water heater while working around the floor installer. If he had not agreed, on less than 24 hour notice, to attend to the hot water heater I would have had to wait almost 2 weeks before the floor installer was available again. He is very professional, does quality work and truly lives up to his NICE GUY name. His prices are very competitive and he goes out of his way to work with the customer. "Let me start at the beginning ... the initial meeting with our salesman Al was very pleasant.  He gathered the information he needed from us as to what we needed and gave us appropriate suggestions.  He delivered the estimate, and what I really liked was he was not pushy.  We told him we were getting other estimates and he waited for us to make a decision.  I cannot say enough how much I appreciated the fact that he was not a "pushy salesman".

We are VERY HAPPY that we decided to go with Grace Exterior.  They came exactly when they said they would.  The job took the amount of time they estimated it would.  Their installers were very professional and courteous, and at the end of every day they cleaned up all of their materials and left our house the way they found it.  More to the point they did a fabulous job in every respect.  The team that does the vinyl wrapping goes above and beyond.  When I drive around and look at other vinyl wrapping jobs, I do not see any that have the amount of details incorporated into them that our does.
At then end of the job, we were contacted to find out how it went and if we had any issues or concerns - great customer service and followup.
