"Absolutely the best, most reasonable plumbing service on the Peninsula. We have used his services before, and he always does an outstanding job. Last September, our very picky tenants complained the downstairs toilet was overflowing. Guy discovered the sewer line was full of non-flushable baby wipes. He recommended a high pressure toilet replacement to avoid future problems, as the bathroom is on a slab foundation. He also ran a water line half-way around the entire kitchen to the ice maker, and ensured it was fully operational. Highly recommend this very competent and congenial professional!"

"Technician was prompt arriving , took time to answer my questions and took extra time to explain the different types of heating cooling units in  comparison.  I always get excellent service from Russell Htg/Cooling.  Have been with them since 2004 when they installed my new htg/cooling system.  They had to take off the ladder  attic door in order to install the unit in 2004  but  put it back just the way it was before removing it, very impressed with their quality of workmanship .   Their office staff is also very friendly and helpful.   They also followup to see if customer liked the service that day. and if customer had any questions.

"Geoff did an INCREDIBLE job! He's a real artist.

He had to rearrange plumbing, level the sagging floor, install a built-from-scratch mud shower and then perform a heavy tiling job simulating a 1930's art deco bathroom including tile floor. Just a stunningly beautiful job - we're VERY happy with it & almost can't believe it. He easily comes up with creative solutions to any problem and proposes great artistic touches while he goes.

He works hard, communicates perfectly. Always shows up when he says or calls ahead if there's any change in plans. Takes great pride in his work & graciously put up with my perpetual indecisiveness! He cleans up & puts away his stuff every night.
Could have paid a lot more and gotten a plastic bathroom from mindless 'installers'.
