"Angie's List has asked that I provide a review of Rose Brothers even though I used their company back in 2002.  So I can only speak to the quality of the work done at that time.  I contacted Rose Brothers and several other companies that were recommended to have a central a/c system installed in my home.  This would take running vents from the attic down thru closets, etc as it is an older  home.  They came out to the house and did a thorough inspection and then gave me several alternatives to think about.  After reviewing all estimates, I chose Rose Brothers with the factors of their quote being similar to other companies but I just had a better experience in talking thru my options with this company.  So I chose them and we set a date for the project which would take several days.  They were very respectful of my home -- and always left it just how they found it when they came in each day.  They keep me informed what they were doing -- and asked my opinion on location of attic unit ... location of vents in closets, etc.  The project was done on time and at the price quoted -- no unseen expenses put on at the end.  The best recommendation that I can say ---- I have NEVER had one problem with this system since it was installed.  Rose Brothers is a quality company.

"Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."
