"Jimmy showed up to my home during a time when my thermostat was not working. That issue was fixed. He sold me a services contract and told me when he returned to services the units, he will cover the pipes outdoors. I purchased the contract for twice per year maintenance. I scheduled with him for a specific date. Appointment was confirmed but Jimmy did not show. When I called, he it appears that he forgot my appointment and he rescheduled saying he could not work in the rain. He rescheduled for a few days after and one of his workers showed up (Carlos). The guy showed up looking like he was someone who does not want to work and unprepared. So, I asked him if he has filters and he said know. Jimmy's workman did not bring filter, so I offered him filters I had stored. I asked him if he bought things to cover the pipes at the back, he said no. I called and left a message for Jimmy. Carlos was so rude and unprofessional. I was so scared of him and the way he was behaving. Carlos then said he would NOT do any service. IT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME. He did return my money. BUT I will not recommend him. Will NOT use him again. As woman I will not hire again. Customer services was poor, reliability and punctuality poor."

The AES team is committed to hiring and retaining some of the most qualified technicians in the area, with a minimum of 10 years experience. We make training a priority for our technicians and their helpers. We keep the vans stocked with many replacement parts to get you back up and running during our first visit.

I worked with Tammy at AES to schedule the inspection, follow-up, etc. - a fantastic employee. Courteous, professional, and really knows her stuff when it comes to HVAC. Unfortunately, I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up that ended up requiring a fairly specific indoor unit that AES did not offer, so I had to go with another company. Sam inspected the p traps, and he added adhesive where it was necessary. Sam also took a look at my two year old hot water heater, and he assessed my water supply to this unit. We discussed performing a complete drain, and check of the components of the heater at a later date. Sam also advised me that a toilet in the basement should be replaced with a more updated commode. We rarely use this toilet, but it's 35 years old. I felt comfortable speaking with Sam. I did not sense he was doing a sales pitch."
