"Fantastic, I was so pleased to get an estimate half the price of 2 different contractors selling for Jacuzzi-one day shower remodels, and jacuzzi was only redoing the shower walls, pan and grab bars only. King’s Remodeling and Restoration did my whole bathroom to include a shower door, shower seat, knitch, took out a drop ceiling and tiled porcelain tile to the ceiling, put in mosaic matted tile for the shower floor, put in new vanity and replaced bathroom floor with LVT. They also replaced the trim and painted the bathroom. It looks great! Very happy with the professionalism of the staff and the abilities of the staff, especially their Tiler- Chris H. I am having King’s back to do flooring for me and to redo my second bathroom. I recommend King’s Remodeling and Restoration Very highly. "Happened 1/7/2018 and waited for contractor to begin-when I was told might go into April start date,I called Custom Built and Painted and spoke to Matt Steinhilber. I couldn't believe it when he said he could estimate the following day and start the following Monday. Mr. Steinhilber did everything he promised and much more. All the problems of moldings,bumps and holes were addressed and he was brilliant with paint color. Helped a very indecisive person make a decision. "Got bids from 3 recommended contractors who had all done work for friends. Cisco Contracting assessed the problem well and gave a highly competitive price to replace the full ceiling, but suggested that could probably fix the area of apparent defect even cheaper and faster, Discovered that the 100 year old ceiling was nailed, not screwed, in, the joists were uneven, and the remaining ceiling was poorly secured, gaping several inched towards the center of the room. Previous repairs had added inches of plaster and many, many pounds of weight. Recommended strongly that entire ceiling be removed, and joists shimmed to parallel so that ceiling boards could be securely screwed to the joists. Only took one more (long) day. Final price keep to original quote to do the full ceiling (including shimming the joists), which was less than half of one of the other quotes. Great communication; showed us the problem as soon as discovered. Cleaned up well. We then hired them for several other larger projects."
