The work that was done was wonderful. The problem is that it was unfinished. We had some payment issues along the way, but the contract was paid in full...yet the work never completed. Over the past 5 years, I have reached out repeatedly to get our job completed. Initially, I got assurances that it would be done, and twice, impatient subcontractors showed up to do a small percentage of the unfinished work...once to address a non-working stove right before Thanksgiving and another time to look at sliding drawers that were falling down, despite earlier assurances that they would never break again. I haven't been able to get any response now for more than a year. I am wondering if they are no longer in business. Regardless of bumps along the way, I believe that when people pay for a service, in good faith, they should at least get what they paid to have done. In my case, the contractor still has the handle he removed to for purpose of matching or replacing my existing hardware; I still have no pull-down drawer at my sink; the leveling of cabinetry with uneven counter top never happened, as was promised; and I paid a different builder to do the finishing work on my hardwood floors. I hate to write a bad review for anyone, but I am truly disappointed that I have had to choose...live with an unfinished kitchen or pay someone else to complete work that I already paid to have done. I have waited and tried and waited and tried. They are either out of business or I am being ignored. Disappointing.

The process went smoothly. Southern Traditions handled everything and the room turned out beautifully. Before signing a contract they provided a detailed quote so there were no pricing surpises. Rob was easy to work with and conscientious.
