"Excellent. Jorge and crew performance exceeds all expectations. They are professional and curteous. It is fun to watch their progress and all landscaping solutions were beautiful and appeared as though it should have always been that way. I found it is always best to tell Jorge what I want in general then let him suggest his thoughts. I have no disapointments with his work on two properties and honestly recommend him to anyone."

"If you are looking for an honest, efficient, fair pricing, courteous, professional, ethical tree service company then look no further. We were lucky enough to hire Grant to remove a 20 year old Leyland Cypress out of our backyard & he did a fantastic job. It was a massive cypress and Grant was extremely thorough & conscientious to clean up all the debris. We will only use Mullins for all our future tree removals & you should too!"

"Quick work. Cleared my yard of tree and bush debris plus cut a couple of invasive trees.. price was very reasonable. Best of all they were able to complete the job today. After I cleared a bunch of yard waste, I decided that I did not have the energy to cut pieces to size and bag the stuff. I got a quick phone call and within a couple o hours, my yard was respectful again. Definitely recommend."

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

If you don’t stake a tree that needs support, it could be at greater risk of being damaged or failing completely, whether it uproots or falls over. That could cause damage to your property or other surrounding trees. If you want to grow healthy trees, you may need to stake them for best results.

Peach trees grow to be about 25 feet, so keep this in mind for pruning as well. If you plan to DIY, you’ll need to be comfortable working on a ladder. Without pruning, peach tree branches can sprawl nearly as wide as the tree grows tall, so make sure to plan pruning sessions at least once per year in the spring for controlled growth. And if you’re working on a ladder, be sure to follow all safety precautions, especially if you’ll be dealing with falling branches.

Pruning a tree is a yearly DIY job that involves removing small dead branches, leaves, and blooms to help the tree grow bigger and stronger. You can often complete the job with basic home gardening tools. Trimming a tree, however, removes larger sections to control the direction the tree grows in and protects your home, utility wires, and yard from potentially dangerous branches.

If executed correctly your tree should survive after being transplanted to a new spot. However, effective transplanting requires six months, careful root pruning, safe transport to the new location, and replanting in prime soil conditions. You’ll also need an appropriately sized root ball for a complete tree transplant. A good rule of thumb is that, for every inch in diameter, your tree’s root ball needs to be around 11 inches. So a tree with a diameter of six inches needs a root ball of approximately 66 inches.

It enhances property aesthetics, improves tree health, and prevents safety hazards.
