I found "That Guy." When someone asks me, do you know someone who can fix, repair, build or remodel etc. Well, now I know that guy. Joshua Smith. There is a reason why Joshua continually gets great reviews, because he consistently does great work. I was looking for someone to replace an aging sundeck. I read Joshua's reviews and call he for a quote. I was immediately impressed with the way he carried himself and spoke. He gave me a well-prepared written quote in a very timely manner and his price was great. He won my business over four other bidders mainly because I believed in him to do a great job. He worked every day (weather permitting) and made many design suggestions along the way which resulted in a beautiful, unique and quality built deck while the whole time maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. He works at his own pace and never rushes or cuts corners always putting the emphasis on the quality of his work. He is old enough to have much experience and young enough to be hungry to win your business and apply his trade. The bottom line: great guy, great attitude, great price and great results. I hired Joshua to do some assembling/install type jobs and hang some pictures. I was impressed with completed work and especially the precision taken to center both pictures on my wall! I'll definitely use him again for future work needed around my home.
