He called me the day of my request and was at my house a couple days later to work up the quote. His quote was reasonable and he let us know he would be able to do the job within a week. We are in the property preservation industry maintaing houses for the banks that have been foreclosed on. We perform various repair work small & big including interior and exterior work. We also perform lawn work, trimming, bi weekly grass cut, tree trimming etc. Another specialty is debris removal, interior & exterior. We are also equipped to change locks, complete winterization, pressure tests on homes etc.
