I called on a Tuesday and spoke with Nancy. After explaining my problem, she had Paul Boston call me to discuss further before scheduling the cleaning. He called within a few minutes. After our discussion, we determined that the tank did need to be pumped, so I called Nancy back and it was scheduled for the next afternoon. Jimmy arrived the next afternoon to do the pumping. He definitely knew what he was doing and answered all my questions cheerfully. He was very friendly and courteous. I will use them in the future.

Not sure what the deal is with these guys. I used them in the past with great results which is why I called to have them come back to pump my septic system. I can only assume they have so much work that they are not returning calls, emails or Angie List quote requests. I have done all three over a two week period with absolutely no response. Hope their workload holds out as I will be spreading the word to my neighbors when they ask who to call for septic work and I will tell them not to contact Affordable.

Called twice a week apart and left a message with Nancy both times with no response. Also left a message through Angie's List with no response. Hard to do business if you won't return phone calls

There's nothing like walking in your back yard and seeing a pool of septic juice. After a quick tank pump out, we were told that our system had failed (it was nearly 70 years old). I was given the Affordable Septic name by a friend who had spoken with them in the past. Not having a clue what I'd be walking into, I gave them a call and asked for their advice. From the start, Ken walked us through the complicated process of replacing most of our system. He advocated for us with the local government and health dept., took care of permits, dug perk test holes, pumped our tank twice, and arranged 3rd party work to bore under a creek near our home. He and Paul took the time to explain each step as we went along and often went above and beyond the base contract to insure we got a top notch system. From start of work to the finish was right at 6 days. Much quicker than anticipated and the system is working great! I can not recommend them highly enough. True professionals!

Very well. Affordable coordinated with the city on installation of a sewer tap and handled all aspects of disconnecting the septic system and installing a new sewer line. Work was done quickly and professionally.

He was very informative and accurate with every suspicion that he had. His skill and expertise allowed me to absorb each step as he went along. You could tell he was experienced and prepared me for the best and worst case scenario. Also, he never forced me to get any extra work done, they educated me and allowed me to make an informed decision. I could tell from the time that I opened the door that this was a trustworthy company. From the receptionist, who was very knowledgeable, to the owner, all the way down to the backhoe operator that currently installing the new system, it's apparent that they are true experts. They were very informative and hands-on every step of the way. As a single lady, I really appreciated that they provided me with a working knowledge of the septic system, an area that I knew nothing about. They have also taught me how to maintain the system and offered to come back for any assistance that I need.

Called them first thing in the morning with raw sewage coming up basement pipes. By noon that day the owner, Ken came to work on my issue. The septic tank had never been cleaned out since the house was built in 1978, to my knowledge. I didn't even know where it was. With in ten minutes of arriving Ken had located the septic tank and had begun digging. Within an hour he had it open. Within two hours he had it cleaned out and took time to check to make sure the system was working.

Needed septic tank pumped. Came in a reasonable time and did a great job. Suggested things we could do to help keep septic tank healthy. Friendly!

Ken J., Paul B. and Eric drained the septic tank during a rainy summer sometimes twice a week to keep our septic from overflowing, identified the problem and replaced the root clogged distribution box. They also repaired 2 of the three drain field lines with new technology. I would definitely hire them again.

I called in mid February to get details.  Was given concise, easy to understand details about the services offered and the expected timeframe, along with a general estimate.  Waited two weeks to gather funds, tried calling again, left three separate voicemails that were never returned.  Upgraded "Professionalism" to "D" because they *were* professional when I discussed future plans with them, but "F" for responsiveness because they never returned my calls, and I tried three separate times.

Great. Very satisfied with the service. Will use again and recommend highly.

They did an inspection on the septic system. They damaged out house with their truck. The truck was tall and they hit the gutter on the garage.  They took full care of the cost. They handled the problem very well.

Called on Thursday hoping for a Friday appointment (I was free that day). Said it was no problem and scheduled a time. Called before they arrived (early!) and completed the work in a timely manner. They took time to answer all my questions. I will definitely use them again.
