On time very professional, repairing my roof and gutter

It?s not the work. The work was fast and good. They did some roof repairs because my insurance company is going to cancel my insurance if I didn?t repair it. They came out no problem great work cleaned up but I CANNOT GET THEM TO SEND ME A RECEIPT TO SAVE MY LIFE!! WITHOUT IT MY HOME OWNERS INSURANCE IS GOING TO BE CANCELLED. I have spoken to Angel he says he will be emailing the receipt and I have yet to receive it. Partially my fault should not have sent via Zelle but so many contractors use Zelle and still send you a receipt. They seemed so respectful and on the up and up I didn?t think this would happen. I even planned on getting another quote for a bigger job but can?t even think about it now.

They did a great job and were quick but I still have not gotten a receipt I have text them send a message and even spoke with Angel who said he would be sending it. This is crazy I told him I need a receipt so they do not cancel my home owners insurance!

A half of day after repairs a piece of the roofing has come off. I have sent numerous emails asking them come back and repair or replace the missing shingle. As of yet I cannot get them to respond to my emails. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are not reliable. They were late for the estimate and late to show up for the work. Al I want is the shingle to be repaired. I was also told I would be emailed a receipt, I have yet to receive.

Several contractors had a two to three day schedule. Don's Roof, arrived, looked at the job and got it done in several hours and you cant be the price or service. Very pleased.

ON 01/27/2025 I WROTE A CHECK TO DONS ROOFING FOR $4,250.00 TO START RELACING MY ROOF AND ON 01/31/2025 THE JOB WAS COMPLETED I GAVE ANOTHER CHECK FOR $4,400 AND I THOUGH THE HEAD GUY WAS GOING TO GIVE ME AN RECEIPT BUT HE DID NOT SO I CALL HIM ON THE PHONE AND HE SAID HE WILL PUT IT IN THE MAIL BOX BUT HE DID NOT I CALL THIS GUY ABOUT 10 TIMES AND HE DID NOT RESPOND ALSO THEY KNOCK MY DRYER VENT LOOSE UP IN THE ACTTIC AND MY HOY WATER HEATER VENT HAS A CRACK IN IT AND I HAD TO PAY A PLUMBER $196.00 TO RELIGHT MY HOT WATER HEATER AND HE TOLD ME I COULD HAVE GOT CARBON OXIDE POISON FROM THE DRYER VENT BEING NO CONNECTED ALL I WANTED IS A COPY OF THE CONTRACT AND THE VENT PATCHED I DO NOT WANT TO TAKE THIS MAN TO COURT BUT THIS IS A LOT OF MONEY I RATHER HAVE SOMEONE ELSE COME TO MY HOUSE I DO NOT TRUST DONS ROOFING

Estimator showed up at exactly time said. We agreed on price and they had a tech in the area finishing another job and he was here doing the work with in 2 hours. The tech removed the shingles in the soft area and he went beyond that area by about 2 or 3 feet to make sure nothing was marginal.. He matched the shingles by just looking at them ..he knew the brand , type and color. He saw what caused the problem and took the extra step by adding additional ice and water shield to make sure that new potential leaks would not happen in this area. After the job was finished and he removed all debris he got the magnet wand to check the area for nails. The best experience I could have imagined ..

Got a quote and the next day they were working and we're finished by late afternoon.

I contacted this company to make some repairs to my roof. Angel responded quickly to my call and his team was able to fix my issues the same day. The workers were very courteous and helpful. They even provided pictures of their work for my review, I was pleased with my experience with them.

There work was good, and they did it quickly.

His Crew Came today and finished my Shed roof, cleaned up in one afternoon. Good company.

Work was done in short period of time. Areas needing sealant were sealed properly. Worker was professional, though he did arrive a little late.

They ran a little late but not a big deal. There was an issue where the roof was ok but not really right. They later admitted they saw it, but since it was already that way they just replaced the wood as it was instead of letting us know wo we could pay more and get it actually right. They did not cut corners. They just didn't bring the already cut corner to our attention and just put it back as it was. I would have given 5 stars if they had showed us and allowed us the option of paying them more to make it better.

The roofers showed up 15 minutes early! They were extremely polite and professional. I needed to have my solar panels removed, plus the soffit and a rafter and facia were rotten and needed replacing. Every time I asked if he could handle anything, Angel said yes sir, no problem, unlike the other large companies that came to estimate. True to his word, it was all better than I expected. Plus his price was much less than the others. I will highly recommend Don's roofing to everyone! hopefully they will install a sidewalk for me soon. Eric
