"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. "Technician came out a few days before the job to assess what was needed. Two days later two technicians came and removed the old system and installed in the new one. Job took about 7 hours. They were neat, efficient and very professional. We have had out annual maintenance agreement with them for the last 5 years. I would definitely recommend them!"

"I have purchased the top-of-the-line York heat pump system, high intensity filtration ultra violet light, electrostatic air filter and completely removed and installed all of the duct work within the house. I write this review only because I am a new Angie's List member, realize the tremendous benefit this site has created for the consumer and realizing One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was already listed. What I have shared here is rare within the service industry and is very deserving of honorable mention with a strong recommendation to others. I maintain very high standards for the businesses I deal with and when an outstanding business provider is located, I do not hesitate in sharing it for the value and benefit of others to take advantage of their services. I have experienced nothing but professional encounters from purchasing to support with this company for 15+ years. What more can one say?

"Woke up to cold downstairs -- heating system not working.  First floor furnace was not turning on.  Called company and service technician arrived same morning.  Very professional.  Troubleshot the furnace and found burnt out ignitor.  Called Carrier to confirm part number and appropriate replacement.  Installed new ignitor and verified operation.  I also decided to purchase yearly service plan for both Heat/AC zones (two visits per year for each) for $270.

"They were great!! Talked to Johnathan first, told me what time he would arrive, and he was right on time. He fixed my old unit temporarily, but I decided on going ahead and getting a new unit (old one was 20+ years old). He told me what to expect for the next days installation, and it was just as he explained. They technicians were, friendly, professional and right on time. "The new boiler replaced our old boiler of 30+ years. It was very cold that winter when our old boiler failed. The old boiler had been repaired several times before and it just gave out! The guys from this company worked well into the night to make sure that we had heat in our house! It is hard to find that kind of dedication in a company anywhere!
