"A GREAT EXPERIENCE!! We went on Angie's List and found The Pond Doctor and read the reviews. We contacted Mark King, the owner, and described the work we would like done and sent him pictures of our garden pond. Mark responded right away and explained the steps needed to clean the pond and outlined what his company would do and he then provided us a cost estimate. We felt comfortable with selecting The Pond Doctor and Mark placed us on his work schedule and a few days later Jeremiah, the foreman, and his crew arrived. Everyone on the crew was polite, professional, and experienced and quickly tackled the large job ahead of them. The end result - our pond looks wonderful. After removing all the muck, the pond and waterfall were power washed, vacuumed, and the pond refilled with clean water. The pond looks as good now as it did 20-years ago and we owe it all to The Pond Doctor!! It's easy to see why The Pond Doctor is "A" rated and received Angie's Super Service Award. We feel fortunate to have found The Pond Doctor and to have had the opportunity to work with Mark and Jeremiah and his crew. "I'd previously asked Backyard Ponds to clean and net my ponds the last week in September. I called the Friday before to find out when they could come, and they agreed to send their workers on Monday. They team arrived on time. They were pleasant and professional I walked them through what I wanted them to do. It was a complicated job; there were three ponds, and each pond required different care. The team went to work right away. They spent most of the day on the effort, breaking only for lunch. When they were done, I inspected the ponds. The only thing I had to ask them to do was put a net over the waterfall on one of the ponds. The fish they handled were in good condition after the cleaning. The workers left no debris on the job site. The company sent the bill in a timely manner, listing labor and materials so I would understand the charges. I would happily use them again!"

Jennifer is one of the owners and her honest, upfront and knowledge about ponds and what it would require to install my pond, especially since I had a big hole from a previous attempt (By a family member) is why I chose Backyard Ponds. Jennifer gave me a fair and reasonable price within my budget. She also sat down with me and has educated me on how best to keep my pond eco-friendly and low maintenance. "We had a water feature that needed repaired. Called all over town with no luck till home advisor suggested Harmony Ponds. They were very helpful with suggestions for repairs and are going to send ideas of what they can do (the fountain needs a complete re-do). For now they repaired the liner so we can use it till we get it re-done. Very happy with their service."
