The crew was extremely professional, organized, thoughtful, experienced, efficient, and communicative throughout the course of the project. I was quite impressed with their design and planning skills, extensive experience, and passion for their work. My wife and I own a small row house with a small back yard, which presented unique challenges to the crew: no back yard access except through neighbors’ properties. The crew handled this challenge well by being communicative and friendly with my neighbors and always cleaning up the space at the end of each working day. They always ensured that the fencing and hardscaping looked good from both sides of the property line, so that my neighbors were also happy! Another challenge was that an adjacent property is about 3 feet above grade and not pleasant to look at from our yard. Lazaro’s planning and vision for a beige brick half-wall, topped with wooden lattice flower boxes was a great finishing touch that provided a beautiful transition between the red brick paver patio and the elevated wooden fence to block the view of the adjacent property. The crew carefully planned their work from the beginning, so that there were no surprises at the end as the finishing touches were put on and the fence was erected. My wife and I are also confident that the money we spent on this work will be a great investment—not only for enjoying our new home, but also in the resale value some day in the future. "I have a very small pond. Harmony cleaned it last year and I was pleased with the work. This year I called for cleaning, and repair. When they came they said I would need a new liner,,, to be installed over the existing. They measured my pond, gave me an estimate based on the possibility that he would have a remnant that would fit. He also gave me an estimate of the cost of a new liner and labor. He confirmed that he had my phone number. Three weeks later when I had not heard back from him, I called. Someone with broken English answered and gave me the run around about not having the remnant. I tried to explain that I had also an estimate of a new liner. No luck with her there either. About two weeks after that I emailed him and asked again about pricing of labor for replacing the liner, and cost differential if I provided the liner. I have not heard back from the company. Based on my first experience with the company I called them again. Based upon the last experience, I would not recommend them for pond maintenance or repair."
