Thereâ s nothing I can complain about. We were having a major issue where the washing machine was flooding and so was the sink. Erik came out quick and fixed it like it was nothing. He beat ever price quote we got. Was very polite, thank you!!!

Eric was prompt courteous and very knowledgeable. I had just returned from vacation to no hot water in my house only to find my unit leaking and its electrical curroded and shorted out. He was able to fit me into his schedule the next day due to a cancelation and my family is grateful for that. He completed the job in a timely manner and the estimate was on point. Brand new unit and hot water I couldn't be happier.

They knew what to do. I thought the wall might have to be opened, but the plumber handled the problem in the face of a valve which had to come out in pieces.

He came in and did a wonderful job quick and efficient.

I hired Erik Hiram Camacho owner of TruFlow Plumbing & Drainage to fix a leak in my shower. He needed to tear up the tile floor in the shower and said it would be easily repaired. I had to contact multiple people to finally get it done and thank goodness I found an amazing guy to take care of that, however when we used the shower again it was still leaking. I have made multiple attempts to reach Erik and he has given me every excuse. I have an invoice and it shows a year warranty on labor and five months on parts, however that does not do any good when the person refuses to take responsibility for not doing the job right. All I asked him to do was to refund the money we paid him and no response. Now I expect to be reimbursed for what I had to pay to get the tile corrected, however he still refuses to respond. I will take the necessary action but I wanted to let everyone know to prevent you from going through the same thing I did. He also states on here he's been in business a year, however he just got his license October 12,2021.

Erik was prompt, efficient, and friendly. He repaired some water pipes in our rental house. His price was reasonable as well. We would highly recommend him to our friends.
