The experience was really good. They showed up on time for the appointment. They completed the work a little later than anticipated. The work took about a week and a half to complete. However, the garage door does not work now so we need them to come back out and fix that.

My experience was horrible. The salesmen has now been fired.  I could tell the owner was mortified by the work and fired the original salesmen. He had lied to me on what he could provide for my concrete. They did not have the right equipment or truck for the job. They showed up to remove my existing patio with shovels so they had to rent a jack hammer. The patio now dips on certain spots and the drainage does not work correctly. When they came to color the patio, it was a hideous color. Thankfully, the foreman realized how hideous it was and did not seal it. They wanted to pour concrete on the existing step that was falling apart. They also missed big gaps when putting in the mortar. They had to come back out since water was coming in the house and blamed the work on me. One of the spots the water is ponding is at the foundation of the house. It took from June until August to resolve the problem.

Utimate Concrete did a Stamped Concrete Patio/Fire Pit for us just about a month ago and I cannot say enough great things about our experience with the company. Amazing design, communication, helping to prepare the application for the HOA, and we could not be happier with the finished product.  I would highly recommend!!!

From the moment they came out to look at our yard, they were extremely professional. The owner is a very talented young man who comes up with some great ideas (like our fountain wall)! The job was performed in a professional manner and in a timely fashion. The crew was great! I cannot say enough goods things about this Company! We were very happy with them. They were eager to help and it was a good transaction. I had some concerns about the color. They did come back and tried to fix it and they were very happy to do that. They were eager to help me out with that. I am very glad with the way they handled the situation. Some of our friends and neighbors asked about it and we were happy to give them their number.

I thought they representative was very good and the bid was actually pretty fair. I think that if I had not selected the other service provider, I would have probably gone ahead with Ultimate. The guy came out to the house, looked at the job, and gave me a bid.

We heard about Ultimate Concrete from a neighbor who also had a patio installed by them. Ultimate Concrete came out and gave us an estimate, and though it was lower than other companies, it was still more than we wanted to spend. A few months later they contacted us to say that they were having a winter special and offered us a discount so we signed up right away! The work area was a challenging one as it included a sloped yard, drainage system, and a creek, but when work began Ultimate Concrete worked quickly and thoroughly. Throughout the process (planning, construction, end phase, etc...) Ultimate Concrete worked with us to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

The job performance by the contractor was amazing. They came up with a wonderful design and incorporated it into my landscaping with gentle curves (instead if the straight walkway with a hard turn that we replaced). We have had so many compliments in this walkway.

We can't wait to get our driveway done. That will be our next project with this contractor!

It was a great experience.  The job started out with a flagstone walkway and the contractor suggested a water feature to enhance an area on the walkway where a small patio was attached.  What a great idea!  We love it!

From start to finish the accompany was extremely professional.  They met with us and looked at our yard.  They worked with us to come up with an overall plan and price that worked within our budget.  The final drawing was submitted to us and we signed a contract and got a start date for the job.  The job started on time and was completed on time.
   We have had no issues with our patio or outdoor fireplace since it was completed. We just love what Ultimate Concrete came up with in a design! It is absolutely beautiful!  Very very happy!

It was a tough job! The floor was in worse shape than we thought. Allison and her crew worked hard to make it as good as possible at a reasonable price. I think there was a little bit of a learning curve, but there are not many companies who do stained concrete residential floors on brownstones.
