When they came they said I would need a new liner,,, to be installed over the existing. They measured my pond, gave me an estimate based on the possibility that he would have a remnant that would fit. He also gave me an estimate of the cost of a new liner and labor. He confirmed that he had my phone number. Three weeks later when I had not heard back from him, I called. Someone with broken English answered and gave me the run around about not having the remnant. I tried to explain that I had also an estimate of a new liner. No luck with her there either. About two weeks after that I emailed him and asked again about pricing of labor for replacing the liner, and cost differential if I provided the liner. I have not heard back from the company. Based on my first experience with the company I called them again. Based upon the last experience, I would not recommend them for pond maintenance or repair."
