They left a mess on the front stoop that another person had to come and clean up. I had side lights put in this door and one of them had a small dent in it and one of the initial installers didn't mention it. I had to have the side light replaced so they had to pull the whole door apart because of the way it comes and re-do the entire door. That took a couple of months. It took longer to get the side light from them and get in installed than the initial door and side lights. I would never use them again. They had to come out and fix things over time. They had cancelled two times on the same day. The owner of the company was professional."
