"This review is long overdue.  Peter and his team abated vermiculite in our new home before we moved in on the off chance that asbestos was present.  We obtained 3 estimates for this work, and his cost was about in the middle.  He was extremely professional throughout the process, taking the time to educate me about what his team would do and why.  Asbestos removal is the type of home expense that I never thought I'd have to pay, and really wished I didn't have to, but Peter's professionalism and positive attitude took some of that sting away.  His team was on time, and they completed the work in a timely manner.  Peter also offered to coordinate the environmental testing after the abatement, but he was open and honest about the fact that doing so could make him appear biased.  That being said, the team that conducted the environmental testing (RTS Environmental) was also recommended by my realtor, and I went with them and had him coordinate the testing to save me the hassle.  I have recommended Peter to friends in the past, and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

The job of installing the Patio Door was a problem because of a previous improperly intalled roof which caused water damage to the top, left side panels of plywood and 2 by 4's around the framing had to be replaced. The only issue was that the added work was to be in the estimate."

Angie keep me completely up-to-date on the project and scheduling, I was never left in the dark wondering about what was happening. Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. On the day the work was performed the amazing hard working crew, led by Armando, worked as prescission drill team, continuously non-stop. They completely cleaned up all material that floated onto my neighbors areas. I did not find any debris that was overlooked. We literally had 16 window installation companies come out and do the â dog & ponyâ window demonstration, but for whatever reason we had not landed on a specific company. On the day we met with Adam Shaikh, from Exterior Max, we had two earlier consultations. It was rainy and late in the evening, Adam called prior to arriving and we were considering canceling. One of the prior companiesâ offer sounded competitive for the window portion of our project, and after so many window companies demo we had considered just revisit the sliding glass doors at another point. Adam persuaded us to keep the appointment. He said give me a chance I'll make it worth your while. He was right, his catalog was more robust, his product knowledge was immense, and he fully understood exactly the vision that we had for our renovation plans. COVID impacted most industries across the board and most of the vendor weâ d met with gave us an extended installation window of 4month, not Exterior Max there timetable was steady at 4-6 weeks. I am beyond elated with the service, products and pricing that Exterior Max offers. On our initial project we replaced 30 Casement windows and three sliding glass doors. They did such an amazing job we used them immediately for our roof and gutter replacement project. Looking forward to doing our siding with Exterior Max in the very near future."

"There were complications and it lingered on for four months. The initial installers cut corners and they were very sloppy. They had to do some caulking and the caulking was third rate. They left a mess on the front stoop that another person had to come and clean up. I had side lights put in this door and one of them had a small dent in it and one of the initial installers didn't mention it. I had to have the side light replaced so they had to pull the whole door apart because of the way it comes and re-do the entire door. That took a couple of months. It took longer to get the side light from them and get in installed than the initial door and side lights. I would never use them again. They had to come out and fix things over time. They had cancelled two times on the same day. The owner of the company was professional."
