The office staff is very responsive at handling scheduling, permits, invoices, etc. It’s been several months and the windows are clearly properly installed, well-sealed, no leakage, and outside framing looks flawless. "service was done in 2 stages since we decided to add 2 windows to the job. first install was done late on 8/19 the crew was extremely professional and did a very thorough job with the porch door and especially replacing the rotten frame around the old porch door. We love the new porch door since no longer is there a gap and the door is very secure. the windows are also easy to use. the second install is being done today, the crew again is very professional and courteous. they arrived very punctual early in the morning as requested."
