Whiting CoKen, the salesman for Whiting Siding, Roofing, and Windows arrived at my house on Saturday and spent about three hours displaying the siding options that would be within my budget. Next we focused on the colors of siding, wood wrap, and shutters and Ken made a detailed survey of the structure recommending structural changes such as removal of shadow boxes and gable vents. Finally Ken drafted a detailed proposal. He followed up a week later and my job went into the installation queue. The Whiting crew worked hard and steady and did quality work. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up the job site thoroughly. After the work was completed, it was evident that all of Ken's recommendations were spot on and my neighbors commented favorably on the style of siding that Ken had selected. The new siding has "knocked" about 20 years off of my 40 year old house.- Charles W.

JW Home ImprovementJ.W. Home improvement came out and did a thorough analysis and estimate of the various projects we needed addressed. They scheduled the work to start a couple weeks out, and they were able to start a day early. We had 2 fabulous workers at the house 8-10 hours a day. The quality of their work was superior, and they were able to complete all the work in far less time than estimated, mostly due to their efficient use of time. They communicated with us every day to ensure we were on the same page with everything. Even though all the work was outdoors, they wore face masks all the time. Exterior MedicsI worked with Yong to get an estimate to replace an exterior section of brick veneer with a window. They ran into unexpected problems and additional damage once the Team tore down the wall but they gave me options, and I switched to siding instead of real brick. Contacted the company about a gutter repair project. Their company web site and their Description on Angie's List both specifically indicate that they do gutter repairs. But the response I received from the company is that they only do new gutter installations or full replacements; they do not do repairs.

Jose and his crew are wonderful. He was very easy to work with from the very beginning when I contacted him on a holiday with a leaky roof. He provided a very fair and detailed quote within a couple of days. His crew worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Jose was always there to make sure everything was being done correctly. Since I had a leaky ceiling, they repaired and repainted the drywall in my kitchen. You can't even tell where the damage was! I added on some interior painting that I didn't have the energy to finish, and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend Jose and his crew and will use him again for more projects around my house.

The gentleman came for an estimate, showed me a brochure with the type of door they offered (preferred), explained what needed to be done, etc. I wanted grids between the glass, but didn't have a brochure on hand to show that particular style. Retrieved from his car some Home magazine where the doors were advertised. After showing the magazine, offered to take off $100 advertised. Got the impression he was more interested in selling the door without the grids.
