"Z&O Construction did an excellent job on our bathroom and closet remodeling project. Oral was interested and responsive from start to finish, checking in almost every day of the project, lending his eye and professional opinion at any time we asked. The project foreman on his team was also present every day leading the work, which isn’t something we took for granted. For the most part, they were careful and paid attention to details. When there were issues with a scratch or nick on finished walls or areas they hadn’t worked on, they took care of the issues. In the bathroom the custom made vanity and countertops came out perfect. The design Oral envisioned worked out almost as he’d sketched out. We have a few more projects in mind and will certainly reach out to Oral and Z&O Construction."

Our kid rooms, master bedroom, upstairs hallway, and bathrooms all got holes patched and painted, nails popping out fixed, touch-up paint throughout and full paint in the bathroom. "We had a wonderful experience in contracting with Munoz Construction LLC for a thorough bathroom remodel in October 2024. Mr. Munoz worked with us each step of the way from advising us on our original design plans, to scheduling the construction work, and closely overseeing its completion and quality. His expert team demolished our old bathroom in one day, and cleaned up so well afterwards that one could hardly tell any construction work was underway in the house. Each weekday for the next two weeks Jose's experienced team rebuilt the bathroom from the ground up. They replaced old subflooring where there had been water damage; installed a new bathtub, wall and floor tile, added recessed ceiling lights and extra electrical outlets, and recessed shelves in the wall, a new vanity, toilet and all the fixtures. The final touch was a beautiful paint job. The excellent workmanship, attention to detail, daily clean-up, and meticulousness of his highly experienced crew completely met our hopes. Each day, Jose Munoz personally came by to check on the work and quality, and consult with us. The entire project came in on time and on budget. We were absolutely delighted with the final look, the attention to detail, and the professionalism of Jose and his team members who were scrupulously polite, talented artisans, and a pleasure to have in our home. We couldn't be more pleased with our entire experience and look forward to working with him on our next remodeling project."
