"Thank you for giving me my backyard back from a post storm swamp to a nicely sodded yard. I’ve worked with “several dozen” contractors as a landlord during the past 30 years and I can count on “one hand” those contractors who have clearly stood out for their quality work, honesty and professionalism. Even my tenants commented on the quality and meticulous job that was completed in the backyard. I received 5 different quotes for this job. Two contractors did not bid on this project due to the large size and scope of the project. Another very popular drainage/landscaping company in Prince William County submitted a very low price for the job but their verbal description of the work to be done and their unlimited, “to-good-to-be true” warranty was not reflected in the contract. The price provided by Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions was competitive and the scope of work was very detailed. This project was somewhat large in scope and involved 25 yards of top soil to be added to the backyard. I’m grateful for the company’s honesty to bring in the full amount. I’ve dealt with some contractors that would bring in less but charge the full amount. Although the contract required placing grass seed and straw in the backyard they placed sod throughout the backyard at no additional charge. The backyard looks beautiful. I strongly recommend that you include this locally owned business when getting price quotes for your drainage/erosion projects."

"Troy and the Superior Landscaping crew were FABULOUS from the very first phone call to finish!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I got estimates from multiple places for French Drain install for our backyard that would oversaturate with water (due to design flaw on new build home property) and not only was Superior Landscaping most competitively priced, Troy was totally on the ball with getting the estimate to us right away and even calling to check in with us; whereas it took so long and I had to place multiple calls to get calls returned from other companies! Superior Landscaping is a rare gem when it comes to customer service I was so impressed with how much better Troy and Superior Landscaping was from the rest! Don't waste your time calling around other places like I did (I've done the work for you!) Superior Landscaping can be your one and only call and you will be so happy you did! Troy made himself avail to answer all questions if they arose before the drain install. From the beginning of talking to Jim Wilburn, the Owner of Ace, to the Lawn Service with Kevin, it has been a great experience.  Jim is very understanding and helped me to decide what service worked best for our lawn.  He has made adjustments as necessary throughout the season.

Kevin provides weekly service our lawn.  He assesses the lawn each week and provides the care that is needed.  Our lawn is beautiful when he is done.  He is the best!!

This is the first time we have needed a Lawn Care Service and I am so happy to be working with Ace Lawn and Landscaping.

"The job was finished quickly and the construction debris was cleaned up. The basement was cleaner than when he showed up. The next time we had a major rain I got some water in the basement again. Steve came back as soon as it was convenient for me. No problems since then. His guarantee was real, there was no charge for rhe come-back.
I will be calling to have Steve come back to expand the drainage system when I have other work done that exposes another section of the basement.

"I was having an acre cleared out in Spotsylvania, VA. Not only did they show up and get going without hesitation, they cleared and graded the land beautifully. They took care of all aspects if my oil tank replacement including transferring oil to the new tank, county permits and inspection reports needed to put the new tank into service. Premium quality materials and workmanship should give me years of trouble free service."

"They came out today to provide an estimate on fixing a frozen pipe. They ran a snake through the pipe to see if anything was in the pipe causing the clog.  They also checked our crawl space to see if they could access the pipe from that area, but unfortunately are not able to.  They're going to have to remove the siding from the house, clear out the pipe, re-insulate it and replace the siding. Their estimate of $1,200 seems like a fair price.  I especially liked the fact that they took off their shoes before entering the house.  Everyone was very professional, prompt and courteous.  I did pay them today for the snake service and inspection."
