"I generally don't take time to write reviews like this unless I am really impressed with the company and the quality of their work. Premium Drainage and Erosion Solutions definitely impressed me - they are probably the best contractor I have worked with. The owner, Adrian, is extremely professional and goes above and beyond to ensure that his customer is happy with the work. I don't think I have one single complaint with the work they did, which consisted of three projects: 1. Removal of a concrete patio and installation of a large Techo Bloc paver patio 2. A custom built pergola with privacy wall, hand railings, and gate 3. French drain that ran through the back of the yard that was connected to the downspouts from the house which ran under the patio I received a few quotes for this project. The owner, Adrian, impressed me from day one - the quote was competitive, but what really set it apart from the other companies was the level of detail provided for the project. The quote included a detailed explanation of what would be done and with what materials - the other companies provided much more vague descriptions. Adrian took the time to walk through the property to explain the work that would be performed. When I had follow-up questions, he made another in-person visit to walk through things again. Responses to email communications were very prompt. When Adrian is busy onsite or meeting other clients, Marissa consistency monitored emails and made sure Adrian got back to me to address any questions I had. Before the work started, Adrian made another visit to confirm the details of the project before commencing work. Once the work started, the crew was very careful not to damage the lawn with - as much as you could be with all of the work being performed and the heavy equipment required. Jose, the crew chief, and his team were very careful with removal of the concrete patio and did a lot of prep work and going over the ground multiple times with a soil compactor to ensure it was level and firm prior to installation of the pavers. The drains for the downspouts were also run underneath the ground and connected to our french drain (something the company that built our concrete patio did not do). The Techo Bloc pavers are a bit more expensive, but they look amazing and are definitely worth the price. The area we live in is pretty windy, so we needed a pergola that was well anchored. The pergola was custom built 13 x 15 and almost 10 feet tall, with posts anchored 2 feet into the ground with concrete. A few smaller posts were also added for the privacy wall, hand railing, and gate. The ground in our backyard slopes a bit, so they needed to make sure everything was designed so that is was completely level. During the project, we decided to make a couple of changes to what we wanted - Jose and his team were able to adjust on the fly with no issues. When digging the drain, the crew was very careful not to damage the lawn - many areas that were dug up would be replaced with the sod. When the drain was completed, it's almost impossible to tell that the yard was dug up at all. In areas where the lawn was too damaged to recover, it was replaced with new sod as part of the project. The same was done around the patio as there was no way the lawn would recover in those areas due to the extent of the work being performed. Throughout the project, Adrian would consistently stop by the check and progress and see if I had any questions or concerns. At the end of the project, he did a couple of walkthroughs to confirm the quality of the work and that there were no issues that needed to be addressed. Adrian identified a few very minor issues that I didn't even notice and sent his crew out again to fix them. This really demonstrated to me that customer satisfaction was more important to him that his bottom line. If I have any additional projects in the future that they specialize in, Premium Drainage and Erosion Solutions will definitely be my first choice."

"It took 3 months from the estimate, working with the insurance company, ordering material and getting a date to install the roof. Omega did not do a good job of cleaning up. I called them, and they came back out to complete the cleanup. Additionally, they cut my internet cable. It took almost 3 weeks to get this resolved. The sales person did not explain to me that they would cut cables and I would be responsible for having the cable company to reconnect, and Omega would reimburse me for the charges."

"Steve Norfolk and his crew dug down to the footing and applied the waterproof material a section at a time.  The original plan was to dig the entire area first and then apply the waterproof material all at the same time.  However daily torrential rains turned the area into a sea of mud, so he decided to do it a section at a time to minimize problems associated with the rain.  He had to break up a concrete slab (porch) for 1/2 the front, and approximately 25 feet of driveway next to the house.  Progress was slow due to the rain and mud, but Steve steadfastly pursued the completion of the job despite the setbacks.  Although justifiably discouraged by the rain and lack of progress, he exhibited a positive "can do" attitude and kept at it.  The finished product was professionally done.  Backfill and all concrete were properly completed, and grass seed applied.  Steve is a conscientious professional who knows his business and can be relied upon to do the work he says he will accomplish.  I would use him again in a heartbeat.

"Superior is what you get from this company just as its name suggests. Troy Weatherholtz is the owner and he was on the job both days. I really didn't know how they were going to complete my job in 2 days, but they did!! Part 1. Demolished a 50 ft. wooden tie wall. From the bed they removed 3 Arborvitae which had gotten too tall and wide for the space. Dug out the roots from a Crepe Myrtle tree that had been cut down years prior, but apparently was still alive and started growing again. Removed a brick pad approximately 2 ft x 3 ft. In front of deck removed an established row of holly bushes. Opposite side of house removed 7 very large overgrown Lukens Laurels. The two big areas were machine excavated and the rest done by hand. After excavation they replaced the tie wall with 50 ft. beautiful stone wall and topped with a capstone. Wall was stepped up as needed to maintain grade and curved at the end near the deck. Within this area were installed 9 Sky Pencil Hollies and 3 Azaleas. Between wall and deck steps, 3 Spirea. In front of deck 6 Boxwoods. Opposite side, replaced Laurels with new Laurels. Before planting, all beds were soil prepped, fertilized and mulched. Part 2. Remove all brick edging and replace with 195 ft of edger stones. (Color to blend with wall). These ran from the new wall around deck area, front of all existing beds to front sidewalk. And around Birch tree. As for the edger stones, they were meticulously installed. Each one was set individually, hammered into place, leveled and back filled and some were cut size for any curves so the look would be cohesive. Part 3. Drainage system. Install 90 ft of French Drain to improve the wet ground at back of yard. This endeavor was machine excavated to take our the existing sod (so it could be reinstalled). 3 9"x9" drain basins in swale area to capture waster run-off. Installed 2 underground downspouts from house to drainage system, all connecting to existing system from dry well bed. Trench is 18"x18", back filled with #57 gravel and black perforated pipe. Replaced brick square hose pad with beautiful brick path, using existing bricks. Rafael the foreman and his whole crew were superb. They were very patient with all my questions. Everything was nicely cleaned up and I walked the area with Rafael to be sure everything was to my satisfaction. A superior experience with a superior company! Do not hesitate to call this company for your landscaping needs.!"

"They did a fantastic job. They were professional and came when they said they would. They were very responsive with any concerns we had. The cable we had in our yard was not buried well and they did cut into it but they immediately called us and told us. We told them to leave it exposed and we would get it fixed through the cable company. They was not their fault but we appreciated them bringing this to our attention. The lines on the driveway were perfectly straight and they did a great job in grading for the water to run off. They tied it into an existing driveway and blended it beautifully. It is a smooth ride in and out of the garage now and we could not be more pleased. My husband used to have an asphalt company and yet we feel like this is a perfect job done. We would highly recommend them."
