Julio, the owner, came out to give me a fair estimate and offered helpful safety and cosmetic recommendations. He gave me full confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing and that the job would finally be done right. Julio and his crew buried my downspout, uplifted and regraded my yard up to the foundation, leveled everything out, and installed new sod. They arrived on time, worked hard, and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. The payment terms were fair — half upfront and the remainder upon completion. "All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

"Everything went AMAZINGLY WELL....FAST response on the submission. Within minutes they called me. They came out the same night to analyze my door and give me a quote. They scheduled the install for as soon as possible. The door and door frame were replaced and everything looks brand new. They are very friendly and professional. DEFINITELY HIRE THEM. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will be calling them from now on when I need anything repaired....."

"The crew (of three) was truly top notch. They arrived timely, dug to the foundation sill across the entire front of the house to discover the extent of the damage (limited to cinder blocks at the two front corners of the house). Bad blocks were replaced, any wholes or cracks sealed. Some tuckpointing was added. The entire stack of cinder foundation blocks was then covered with a water-proof substance, then plastic. The dirt which had been removed was then replaced. This crew was quick, thorough, efficient. Project started on a Monday, and was done in less than two work days."
