We fell in love with his design for our area, and the finished job exceeded even what we imagined. The crew doing the actual install were very friendly, and cleaned up nicely after each day. "I have a 1/2 acre lot that needed care... I reached out to Garcia's and asked could they help me out,after a few emails they agreed to give me an estimate right away. Mr.Julio Garcia came to give me the estimate himself. He quoted me $2500 ?‍? I immediately consulted with my wife and she looked at my like I was crazy but we needed it done. Mr. Garcia assured me this would be worth it. Sold me a dream of this beautiful landscape and I got basic lawn care with a side of Arrogant a$$hole. For $2500 he did a stone bed around my acre units, new mulch maybe 40 yards and the laid it over the old mulch, leaf removal in the backyard only and a cut... there was still debri leftover, a plastic bag and the clogged the drain at the front of the yard because they left the remaining leaves in it. I reached out to Garcia's and they called me back. Mr Garcia called and I requested that he come out and finish up some things that they forgot and I stressed that I was unhappy with the work. He proceeded to insinuate that I was poor because I was complaining about money vs his services and they tried to flex on me by telling me he just spent 40k on a new kitchen so my Lil $2500 was nothing. So I dug a little deeper and found out that most of his bad work was done to people of color. ? I have never been so disrespected in my own home. I was not complaining about money, I simply wanted the service I paid for..."
