They were excellent. They were pleasant and very nice. They were great. They even fixed some extra work for me, they cut some extra trees that did not count on what they have to do. They did a great job. When they were finished, they cleaned the lawn and it was beautiful.

They were excellent and we were really happy with the service. Their price was really reasonable and the did a good job. The owner is a certified arborist, which we liked as well.

After completion of the work and upon our return from work the next day we found our front yard completely destroyed. Huge long trenches spanned our yard from the tree stump next door to the front of our yard and the street. All of the spring seeded lawn that was lush and green was also torn up and destroyed. Extensive damage to our large hydrangea bushes was also done. When we went around the side of our beautiful 20 year old 19 foot Cedar Deodar tree we were shocked to see that the entire side of the tree that had long expansive limbs was entirely sheared off from the bottom to the top of the tree! They had tied the tree up in a standing position so we did not see that one entire side of the tree was missing since the sheared side was facing our neighbors house. When we released the ropes to see if it would stand on its own the tree fell over and collapsed. No one from his company left a card on our door telling us about the damage that they had done to our property after they cut down the neighbors tree and until our neighbor gave us an invoice we had no company contact information. When we called the company we had to leave a message since Mr. Garrett did not pick up his phone. We asked if he could come out and discuss the damage to our property and any compensation that could be made to grade the yard; fill in with top soil; reseed the lawn, and to pay for the tree surgeon, Bartlett's Tree Service, that we now have to engage this coming week in order to try to save this beautiful, old, gracious tree which was left mutilated and hanging from its roots. Mr. Garrett returned the call and left us a message which said that he had a friend that had top soil and that he could bring us a truck load but that we should have expected that there would be damage to our lawn and tree; even though he assured us at the time that the damage would be minimal. His message said that his only offer was to bring over top soil and nothing else. He said that he would call us back the next morning and come over but he never called us again.
