Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. "The process went very smoothly.  There were several teams that worked on my project.  The initial workers removed all of the old insulation and trash left under the house during construction, and cleaned the joists.  Later a perimeter drain system was installed, and the final job was to insulate the foundation perimeter and install the vapor barrier.
