"Comfenergy was very professional thorough from the in-person estimate thru installation. Even though we didnt have a full energy audit, they still go over your entire home and tell you what should and what needs to be done. Some of the little things we did ourselves, or had our handyman. Then Comfenergy did the big part, seal and insulate the attic. We still had late 80's insulation and never a sealing done. It ended up being over an 8 hour project. They were not the cheapest estimate, but definitely the most in-depth review and recommendations provided. The two man team that did the actual work were very professional, showed us the work as the progressed, and good clean up job after all was done."

Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. They inspected for mold in my basement, removed duct cover where mold was found, built a new cover, applied mold preventive to the whole basement, and did an awesome clean-up, including vacuuming the whole basement. I was pleased that the job was done well and finished in a day. One worker returned two days later to sand the drywall, which had needed time to dry completely.
