Way more thorough than expected. Every outlet, every toilet, heating, AC roof, outside, inside. Eveen tested the garage door opener sensors, one needs adjustment. They even found loose fire brick in the fireplace. Fantastic work, took time to go over findings at the house, showed me all the issues so it all made sense. Patrick was fantastic. Highly recommend this service and this company.

CSI was incredibly fast and efficient with my lead inspection. I was up against a closing timeline and they conducted the inspection on the Sunday morning of a holiday weekend. I received my results by COB Monday. Truly, excellent service and rapid results- not to mention the peace of mind of knowing important details about the home I am purchasing.

I hired CSI on two separate occasions. Barry came out to my home to perform a mold detection and air quality test. He explained everything they were doing and also provided me with the test results. I had them return after renovations were completed to clean and disinfect my air ducts. They are professional, friendly, and courteous. They make bill paying a breeze with their online portal. A great family business that I am happy to support.

Me and my Fiancé had just built a new house and we asked Barry, the owner of CSI, to come out and double check our home to make sure everything was good to go. He came out and inspected our home and provided the best possible service you could imagine. He was polite, professional, and it was a pleasure to have worked with him. He even went as far as taking pictures of our entire crawl space so we knew where all of the levels and switches were that we needed. Superior and next level service all around. CSI home and Commercial services was amazing to work with. We were in a tight timeline for job completion and they were prompt to arrive and complete the work. The team was friendly and easy to work with. They completed mold removal and drywall repair in my garage and when they were done it was so clean you could not tell they were even there.
