The crew knocked my roof out all in a days work and my.project manager Omar kept me in the loop and showed me photos of the progress and they were very thorough, they replaced my rotted wood and even though I had to pay for some additional wood it was honest and necessary and I'm glad I sent the extra money to get this all done correctly. "I needed a repair on a 17-foot ceiling, over a right-angle set of stairs, and had sought quotes from multiple websites (companies and brokers, or lists). Only two prospective hires responded. One from a different broker was unable to quote due to a car accident. The other respondent was Navids Construction team, who from start to finish was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. They were very careful not to harm or dirty my home or its contents. Most importantly, they practiced very safe construction...safe for the team and safe for my family. In consideration for my family, since the scaffolding had to stretch across widely spread banisters/railing they chose to get the work done in one day, to prevent my family from needing to walk under the scaffolding that night and next morning,. The repair was excellent: a new piece of sheetrock, smooth mudding, and paint. I will definitely hire Navids Construction again."

"Most pleased. Would definitely hire again. Needed carpenter to build a footbridge using repurposed wood, install insect screen under raised screen-in porch, install oak handrails, fix the threshold to our front door, and add shoe molding in basement. JW (owner) was pleasant, professional, and thorough when he came out to give an estimate. He listened to what we wanted done and suggested ways to make it work. Scheduling was a breeze. A team of two came out to complete our projects. Of course temperatures were in the 90s, but they worked nonstop. Pedro (crew chief) built our footbridge based only on description. The results were amazing. It's sturdy, attractive, and durable. Kudos for great work. Other projects were completed within the timeframe with Kevin working on the screen and railings with assistance from Pedro. The crew was timely, professional, courteous. They cleaned up at the end of each day. All work was completed within 4 days. There was only a minor issue with the oak hand rails (needed additional sanding) -- which was remedied quickly after review of the project manager, Bob. JW was a tad more expensive that other bids, but in the end, well worth the price. Glad we went with them."
