"E Stanley paving did a great job. Their representative Joe was friendly and professional and able to answer all our questions. They started the job within a few days of the initial visit. It entailed a lot more work than I thought. They had to bust up three sections of the driveway in order to make it level and get a proper base and had to raise a drain in the driveway. Due to many issues with the county grinder in our front yard that the county has had to excavate our driveway had sunk down 3 inches. They created a smooth surface level to the sidewalk and did a nice job on the edges. We couldn't be more thrilled."

"Thank you Lily & Team: I contracted with MA Cleaning and Landscape to provide a hardscape solution under my new deck, including a concrete pad and decorative pebbles. They consulted with me on construction day, and completed the $2900 job nicely in 2 days. Being pleased with their work, I asked for help designing a landscape project along a 50 foot stone wall. "Lazaro Bernal, owner of Horizon Landscaping Design, is extremely professional. He returned my calls promptly, showed up at my house as scheduled to provide an estimate, and accompanied his crew the day of the actual work to explain the project to them. Mr. Bernal and I had a detailed discussion about the color of mortar I wanted and I was quite satisfied with how well the finished mortar color coordinated with the slate. After his men had finished the job, Mr. Bernal came by my house again to check both the finished sidewalk and the weeding/mulching work. When I asked if one small area of the sidewalk could be made a bit more level, Mr. Bernal had his crew fix it immediately. I also asked if a bit more weeding could be done & more mulch put down and Horizon took care of that as well. (My flower beds really were quite overgrown.) I am very pleased that I hired Horizon Landscaping Design. My sidewalk is now beautiful again. One of my neighbors walked over to my house the day after the job was completed to compliment the work Horizon had done on my sidewalk. I was equally pleased with the cost of the project. I had paid more than twice as much to another masonry firm to do the same job a number of years ago."

"Custom Masonry replaced concrete layer on top of 100 year old front porch, dig out old walkway and poured concrete for a new one, put bluestone on top of porch and walkway and build 20ft long retaining wall.
Could not be more happy with their services, price was fair and they started a job in 7 days after first phone call.
Very responsible employees, always coming on time knowing what they are doing. New concrete for porch and walkway was poured from a professional concrete truck and not premixed by hand like some other contractors may do.
Overall, this is the best construction company I've dealt with and definitely highly recommend them if you need any masonry job.

"Communication was great, price was great, time to deliver was great. End product was not so great. My 2yr old driveway was damaged in certain areas after we had large equipment brought in for a backyard remodeling project. I didn’t go with the original company who put in the driveway due to costs, which I regret now. The length of my driveway has some minor wavyness to it where you can tell they stopped and started the paving machine. It isn’t so bad that it bothers me, so I would consider that part sufficient and am not holding that against them. The problem is/was the pad in front of my garages. My pad used to drain to behind my second garage which backs to the side of my yard, so it was out of sight, out of mind. After their work my pad now drains to my back yard and floods a walkway I have there. You can easily see large various dips throughout the pad, one which creates a 12 ft long puddle in the driveway. I contacted the company and they came out and told me puddling was expected, and they list that in their paperwork, which to their credit they do mention puddling may occur. However I assumed that meant maybe a random 12in puddle, not a large, deep puddle. The owner offered to mill the driveway down to further enable the drainage out of the puddle, or to give me a free sealant application as a resolution. Neither are ideal to me as I paved the whole driveway vs just repairing individual broken sections so the driveway would be uniform and you wouldn’t be able to pick out repaired sections. Sealant wouldn’t fix my problem and the milling would obviously leave remenants of “patch work” being completed which avoiding that was the whole point of redoing the entire driveway. Of course this also wouldn’t resolve my issue of the driveway draining to the wrong area. In addition to this they got tar on my garage doors, side entry doors, a vinyl fence I have, and I have tar boot prints now on a stone walkway I have. I had to repaint and scrub after the job was complete to get off what I could. I didn’t have this type of issue when I originally had the driveway installed by another company, so with more careful action I know this all could of been avoided. They also had access to open and close my garage doors at will which they did. Second opinions from other asphalt companies I currently getting quotes to fix the issue, have confirmed this puddling and dips should not be present. Pictures show the puddle, and then the puddle after being filled with a hose to show were it would drain to if it is filled with a stream of water."
