"E Stanley paving did a great job. Their representative Joe was friendly and professional and able to answer all our questions. They started the job within a few days of the initial visit. It entailed a lot more work than I thought. They had to bust up three sections of the driveway in order to make it level and get a proper base and had to raise a drain in the driveway. Due to many issues with the county grinder in our front yard that the county has had to excavate our driveway had sunk down 3 inches. They created a smooth surface level to the sidewalk and did a nice job on the edges. We couldn't be more thrilled."

"Thank you Lily & Team: I contracted with MA Cleaning and Landscape to provide a hardscape solution under my new deck, including a concrete pad and decorative pebbles. They consulted with me on construction day, and completed the $2900 job nicely in 2 days. Being pleased with their work, I asked for help designing a landscape project along a 50 foot stone wall. "I needed to expand small old driveway and wanted to place new pathways around the property. After contacting many companies with desperation-- either many companies were not available or very expensive , IBC came and rescued me. Mr. Rigo was very professional and precise. He and his crew worked so hard during beginning of the cold winter and I could not be happier. On top of that, the price made my Jaw dropped- the very first quotes was three times more expensive than their quote. However I could see how they worked so efficiently and how reduced the cost. Mr. Rigo was the owner and the estimator and was doing billing and was doing all the labor together. I have to say the work was very solid because he did everything and he took the responsibility. I strongly recommend their service to anybody. I already refer my friend to this company. Only thing is Mr.Rigo is too busy and could not answer the phone. Just leave message to the phone and he will call back days after when he has time. It is worth to wait for their schedule."

"We just moved into a new house with only a small patio and a large hill in the backyard.   We needed more patio area and we needed more parking in front of the house   We roughly sketched out our plans using excel and submitted it to three providers.  We were most impressed with Custom Masonry both in helping us to creatively develop our ideas further and also the price was reasonable considering size of the work.   We definitely made the right choice.  We have done major projects before but this company ranks at the top.
Bill Bitto is the owner. and worked with us closely initially to finalize our ideas.  He was very creative in helping us design the two tier retaining wall and guiding us on adding the extra touches in the flagstone trim at a reasonable cost that make the areas look like we hired a designer.   He was very flexible in accepting small changes to the design once the work was under way without adding extra cost.   He also helped us to find a less expensive but more attractive option for the driveway extension.  We would work with Bill and his crew any time.  
During the project we worked with Jesus and Gabriel as leads along with Henry which quickly responded to our questions and easily worked with us on recommendations.  They are very experienced crew and you can tell they have worked together for a long time.  We were impressed with their high quality of work and the professional results.  The work extended over a 3 week period because of the multiple steps in the project and some small delays due to weather but the crew stayed the same.
We have received many many compliments on the patio area and driveway extension.   We have only positive comments for this company.  We were so impressed and would highly recommend them to others.

"Communication was great, price was great, time to deliver was great. End product was not so great. My 2yr old driveway was damaged in certain areas after we had large equipment brought in for a backyard remodeling project. I didn’t go with the original company who put in the driveway due to costs, which I regret now. The length of my driveway has some minor wavyness to it where you can tell they stopped and started the paving machine. It isn’t so bad that it bothers me, so I would consider that part sufficient and am not holding that against them. The problem is/was the pad in front of my garages. My pad used to drain to behind my second garage which backs to the side of my yard, so it was out of sight, out of mind. After their work my pad now drains to my back yard and floods a walkway I have there. You can easily see large various dips throughout the pad, one which creates a 12 ft long puddle in the driveway. I contacted the company and they came out and told me puddling was expected, and they list that in their paperwork, which to their credit they do mention puddling may occur. However I assumed that meant maybe a random 12in puddle, not a large, deep puddle. The owner offered to mill the driveway down to further enable the drainage out of the puddle, or to give me a free sealant application as a resolution. Neither are ideal to me as I paved the whole driveway vs just repairing individual broken sections so the driveway would be uniform and you wouldn’t be able to pick out repaired sections. Sealant wouldn’t fix my problem and the milling would obviously leave remenants of “patch work” being completed which avoiding that was the whole point of redoing the entire driveway. Of course this also wouldn’t resolve my issue of the driveway draining to the wrong area. In addition to this they got tar on my garage doors, side entry doors, a vinyl fence I have, and I have tar boot prints now on a stone walkway I have. I had to repaint and scrub after the job was complete to get off what I could. I didn’t have this type of issue when I originally had the driveway installed by another company, so with more careful action I know this all could of been avoided. They also had access to open and close my garage doors at will which they did. Second opinions from other asphalt companies I currently getting quotes to fix the issue, have confirmed this puddling and dips should not be present. Pictures show the puddle, and then the puddle after being filled with a hose to show were it would drain to if it is filled with a stream of water."

"JP Landscaping wowed me from the minute they started work until the time they finished. I have truly never worked with a better contractor and crew than this group. We hired them to help correct a drainage issue on the side of our back yard that was allowing water flow toward our home during strong storms. Jose met with us and determined a plan to add a wall to hold the water and push toward the drainage system they added so that water would flow to the road and not toward our house. It turned out to be beautiful and functional! He has the hardest working and most professional crew!"
