"Nice and Clean did an excellent job of cleaning our town home. Carlos, the owner, came personally to do an initial assessment and estimate. He was professional and clear in his explanation of his prices, scheduling, pricing/payment, etc. His team showed up on time and were very thorough and efficient. Our house looked great, particularly the bathrooms, which needed some extra work. We are using them for regularly cleanings and the experience so far has been the same. "Kevin was very responsive and did a great job cleaning my carpets! He was able to provide me an estimate during our first phone call and asked all the right questions to make sure there were no surprises on the day the cleaning happened. He also did a great job cleaning the carpets thoroughly and made sure to turn on fans in the house and turn the AC down so it dried quickly. "Amazing work!! I had to call around because my original cleaner cancelled very last minute. Maria said they could get someone to me within the hour and as promised they came!! I was very impressed.
