He was professional and clear in his explanation of his prices, scheduling, pricing/payment, etc. His team showed up on time and were very thorough and efficient. "Kevin was very responsive and did a great job cleaning my carpets! He was able to provide me an estimate during our first phone call and asked all the right questions to make sure there were no surprises on the day the cleaning happened.
