The estimating process was quick and Billy was very responsive to my questions. On installation day my tenants said the onsite staff was very professional and did a good job keeping the work site clean and respected the property as a whole. Given this was a fairly small project they surprised me with the attention they afforded to the project. Sometimes it is hard to get good service when you have small projects, but O'Cooper surprised me! Yes I would use them again."

They consulted with me on construction day, and completed the $2900 job nicely in 2 days. Being pleased with their work, I asked for help designing a landscape project along a 50 foot stone wall. That $2200 job was also done very well in one day. When issues arose, Lily handled them like a boss. I really appreciated her calling me directly to offer a solution. "I have used this company before, for a patio at our old house, so when I moved and so I would need a new sidewalk I knew who to call. Derek, the sales person and estimator,arrived right on time and was very professional in suggesting a design for the new sidewalk. He also suggested that we could use some of the existing flagstone to build a pad for our trash cans around the side of the house. they told me they estimated the work would be done at the end of August, but they actually came out two weeks early to do the work. on a hot day, the team worked hard and was very efficient and precise. Mr. Morgado the supervisor was there at the beginning and we discussed and confirmed the work to be done...then he gave clear instructions to the crew. They did a super job, and it looks terrific...attractive and professional. Santos the crew leader confirmed things with me before doing them, like how to handle a tricky step up from the driveway. We are very pleased with the sidewalk and have gotten several compliments on it."

The company that was to give me a second bid came by and reviewed the work needed but never sent an email estimate.
