"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. We plan on using AJ to replace the remaining Windows as well as a sliding glass door in early 2016.

"They came out and fixed my problem.  Their price was fair.  The garage door has not broken since.  He called two to three times to say that he was running late.  It was 8 o’clock when he got here and there was no additional charge.  I had the door fixed so that I can have the car parked in that garage.  I would rate them B because he was so late.  The quality of work he did is good.  It did not need any rework.  When I called I was answered by a human being immediately.  Their response to my call was good, but he turned up late.  He was professional.  I was satisfied with what he did though he was late.  He was professional and he checked the other garage door to make sure everything was working fine."

"The service could not have been better.  The technician called to request an earlier time to provide the service than was scheduled.  He swapped  out 4 smoke detectors that I had purchased and repaired my door bell problem. The door bell issue: Following pressing of the door bell the  hard wired transmitter continued to make a noise. I had purchased an identical replacement system, however, the technician suggested that I might try a wireless system, or, if I preferred to use a hard wired system it would involve more detailed work as the problem was in the wiring, not the transmitter.  While he installed the smoke detectors, I went out and  purchased a wireless system.  He replaced the door bell and plugged in the wireless device. All old parts were neatly placed in a box and the technician rearranged items that I had moved around to allow access to the transmitter.  I thought he was very professional. I had purchased a $99.00 coupon from Angie's list and all work was covered under this coupon.  In other words, there were no additional charges. I would use this enterprise again.

"Ferguson Home Improvements did a fantastic job.  All the work that needed to get done, was finished beyond my expectations.  The workers were very friendly.  The job took a little longer that expected, but Ferguson Home Improvements were not at fault, the weather played a major factor with the deck stain and door installation.  At the time the work was getting done, we received a lot of rain and storms.  All in all, I would highly recommend Ferguson Home Improvements.
