"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"My first time using Angie's List proved to be well worth it! I saw a deal for replacement windows through American Jewel Window Systems for a pretty good price, 5 windows for $1499. I ordered them and met with Chuck who came to my home to take the initial measurements. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! He showed me the options and gave me the estimate. The deal did not include the screens, which cost at an additional $10 each. The following week, the installer came by to take more measurements. Two weeks later, the company called me for an install date. 
The two installers came and were absolutely perfect. They brought in all the supplies, removed the old windows, took caution and placed cloth tarp, installed the new windows, sealed them properly, and cleaned up after themselves. I was amazed at how fast and quietly they worked. What a difference in warmth replacing a few windows can do. The rooms where the windows were replaced were always very cold. Chuck had told me I would see a huge difference when getting rid of my old aluminum ones for brand new vinyl ones. We were so pleased with the initial 5 windows, that we contacted them again and replaced an additional 11 windows in our home. 
I am extremely happy and satisfied with this decision. My house is warmer and I felt that I received a really great deal!
Will happily use them again!

"He did all his work remotely via the internet. It was all very simple from my standpoint since all I did was assist him in getting the link with my computer and he took it from there. The computer was so slow and overrun with adware that it was virtually unusable.when he started but since Jim applied his touch to it, it works great again. I will certainly call on him again when/if I have further computer problems and will recommend him to my friends. Some of the functions were not even working when he started and they are working now.

"Owner/operator John Rife is a top notch contractor who employs first rate employees to get the job done. In my basement, I had a concrete slab floor and two old, drafty windows that needed replacement. I wanted him to put down a nice Cali Bamboo floor and add new Anderson windows. When he came to give his initial estimate, we talked at length about what the job entailed. He answered my questions, however ridiculous, with a direct honesty that was refreshing. John gave me the price estimate that was fair: not as high as other contractors with whom I spoke but not as low as others either. What made him our pick was that I felt that based on our conversations, I could trust him to do the job on time and on budget. I am happy to say that not only was the job done on time, the price did not go up along the way. How often does that happen? In two days, John's employees, Chris and Edward, worked diligently to get the job done. They must have done more than a few jobs together because, except for the occasional work related banter, they hardly spoke. They would arrive at 8am and leave by 4pm and work for the entire time. If not for the intermittent sound of a power saw, I would scarcely have known they were down there at all. When on the second day their work was done, they packed up and left without me having thanked them for a job well done. If you are reading this Chris and Edward, you did great. Thanks!
