I was highly impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism.  Even though my garage door system is 23 years old, they did not pressure me to replace the whole system, as another garage door company had done before.  I thought I got great value for my money.  I will definitely use them for any maintenance/repair work in the future, and when it is time to replace the garage door system, Southern Garage Doors will get my business.

They came out and fixed my problem.  Their price was fair.  The garage door has not broken since.  He called two to three times to say that he was running late.  It was 8 o’clock when he got here and there was no additional charge.  I had the door fixed so that I can have the car parked in that garage.  I would rate them B because he was so late.  The quality of work he did is good.  It did not need any rework.  When I called I was answered by a human being immediately.  Their response to my call was good, but he turned up late.  He was professional.  I was satisfied with what he did though he was late.  He was professional and he checked the other garage door to make sure everything was working fine.

The pricing wasn’t bad and it was about $180.  I disliked the convenience with using them. I called and they called back in 5 minutes.  I got the call from a technician that my interaction with him was very poor.  He took his time and it took 3-4 weeks to get work done on my actual garage door and it shouldn’t have taken that long.  He said he had family problems going on and he gave such excuses.  They did it for me but it could have been a few weeks upfront.  If it took a couple of weeks it would have been fine but he just drove me off for a while.  I have no issues with the quality of work.

He called back the day I called and left a message, made an appointment the next day, came out to assess the situation and secrued the needed parts. Door was fixed later that week.

All went well.  They thought they would have to order the panels, but they found they had them in the warehouse.  They were installed the next day.

It all went very well. He came when he said he would and did great work in reasonable amount of time. The price was reasonable for what was done.

They did an excellent job. They came and did what they said they would do and they came in the timeframe they said. The price was what they said it would be. I had no problems with them. The doors work well. They seemed knowledgeable and did exactly what they said they would. He was kind of a breath of fresh air after some of the experiences I've had with other contractors. He came for the estimate on time and the price was about what he quoted. He did a thorough job.

Jeff was terrific! He was very quick to communicate, incredibly flexible with scheduling the work, prompt, and very reasonably priced. Great to work with!
