"I am leaving this review for my sister, Gerline Estep. John and his crew fixed her porch and installed a step and handrail. She does not have internet service, but was so pleased with John's work that she asked me to leave a review for her. I also have used John's service earlier this year when he replaced my roof and repair water leak damage to a bedroom ceiling. I have also left him a review. If you need any type of home repair, roofing, flooring, etc., you will not go wrong with John Rife's service. Best service at the best price. Highly recommend.

"I was highly impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism. Even though my garage door system is 23 years old, they did not pressure me to replace the whole system, as another garage door company had done before. I thought I got great value for my money. Dearing the job we make sure that our stations are clean and we don't leave tools laying around we will use one spot for our tools and when we are done using them they go to that spot, the spot that we will us has to be out of reach of child. "Ferguson Home Improvements was very professional and on time when they did our tile work. The technicians were very respectful and instructed us of everything they were going to do in there step by step process and made sure we approved everything before the began the work. After the work was completed on-time and within budget they explained to us how to care for our new floor and made sure that our house was left they way it was when the arrived. We received a call about a week later from the owner of Ferguson Home Improvements to make sure we were satisfied with the work. All and all it was a great experience and we will use them in the future.

"The work was excellent. Brian McCracken performed a walk-though with me and provided detailed written estimates for the interior and exterior work. He explained the options and costs for each of the tasks, and was prompt in scheduling the jobs. His teams are first rate. Communication is excellent and they leave the site clean and tidy each day. There was not a drip of stray stray paint anywhere during or after the jobs. I especially appreciated the interior service. They emptied the closets and replaced everything after as they went along. They also took down and rehung all of the pictures and moved furniture as necessary. They were very responsive to follow-up issues (not their fault) with the fit of the front door after painting and replacing the seal. They came back twice to make adjustments and the final outcome was exactly what i wanted. All American was recommended to me by a friend who was very impressed with their exterior work on his townhouse. I recommended them to a neighbor who is also very pleased with their interior painting. They are not the lowest bidder but their prices are fair and the work is of the highest quality."
