The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"The job went very smoothly. The tech ran a bit late, but he called to say so. He installed a keypad by the front door and assessed the house for security. He suggested, since there are several casement windows in the living room and adjoining dining room that a breaking glass sensor would work better and be more cost-effective than alarming all the windows. He did alarm a door that the previous company (inherited when we bought the house twenty-three years ago) had not considered significant. I feel safer with the current sensor choices than the ones I had before.
He took the time to make sure I knew how to use the system, so I am very pleased with the service. My one caveat: I was told that the motion sensor would not register my smaller pets (two cats) because they weigh under forty pounds. They must have set off the sensor, though, because the police responded. The system certainly alerts the authorities, but that motion sensor is very sensitive!

"The electrician was puntucal, professional and very polite. I don't have an issue with the work performed, but the pricing on the "special" is confusing.  Certain fees are deducted from the allowed amount before the electrician actually arrives, so technically you don't get $200 worth of services starting when the person shows up at your door.  That's my only gripe.  I don't recall that being fully explained or outlined in the fine print. Maybe I missed it.

"Wall was great!  Really nice and knowledgeable tech came to the house.  When the electrician went to put the surge protector on our outside A/C he stepped on a nest of yellow jackets, which weren't real happy about it.  But he calmly walked to the front door and asked if we had any wasp spray, with them hovering around him.  He wasn't upset, and came back the next day to finish the job after we got rid of the yellow jackets, complete withe whelps from were he got stung.  But he was really cool about it.
They will be my first choice of electricians in the future!
