It was very sturdy, worked well and looked incredible. Weston and Dylan were so supportive of the bold color choice we made, yellow, and said they thought it looked really good. They meant it too. "In my 82 years I have not seen such great response and professional service from a service company. We had a water leak from the water main coming into our home leaking into the basement and after 2 companies bid Grade Solutions was $900 less and Garland did the repair at 9PM-12 that night so we could have water. I don't know of any other company with that kind of service. This morning Garland came back to complete the job and broght in clean fill dirt to compact so the water line won't shift and break. I am very impressed with everything they do."

When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"
