Beware of what you're paying for with Neerings. Paying $500 for a $30 thermocouple that takes less than 10 minutes to install just doesn't seem ethical to me. I know this because I had this same thermocouple replaced last year by Neerings and I put up stink last year when they charged me $500 for work that took about 5 minutes and a $10-$30 standard thermocouple. I work with Neurologist every day who are dealing with serious health issues and they may get paid between $175 hr to $300 hr. I have other examples but this is the most recent. The single star is for the service people and customer service agent, they do know what they're doing and are kind representatives. This said, who ever is responsible for Neering's pricing is without shame and gouging people without regard.

It was a weekend and my salt pellet softener had a leak and overflowed my hall. I called 2 other 24hr plumbing companies but received a quick response and a call when the plumber was on his way. Randy deserves 10 stars for going up and above for fixing my leak so quick. I expected to pay a large sum of money for the Saturday visit but I did not! Now will only use this company for all my plumbing needs. Thankyou again!

I had a clogged drain, Keith and Eric were awsome and very professional. They were great at explaining what they were doing and what problems I was dealing with. Very Responsive and courteous. Replaced water heater and resolved another issue with competitive pricing.

They were very professional and personable. They did a full cleaning of our boiler, and when it again malfunctioned they came back and fixed it free of charge. I was very impressed. In fact, I will be using them for an annual preventative maintenance for our boiler.

All the staff were courteous and respectful of our home and personnel space. They showed up at the appointed time everyday and put in a good days work then cleaned up thoroughly. They installed quality materials with expert workmanship just as we had decided in our contact. Robert is a true professional and his drywall skills are excellent. We have a wonderful new bathroom. I called Neerings last night. I have a rental property with a clogged drain. I thought by having them respond during normal office hours would save me some money. I asked them to call me in the morning to set up the appointment. By about 10:30 am today I had not heard from them. So I called them. They said they would be there between 12-5 pm today. They said it was a $49.00 *diagnostic fee*, plus any other expenses. I said that seemed reasonable. Well, I will tell you the *diagnostic fee* and the actual bill is 10 TIMES more money. To snake one kitchen drain was...get this, $469! The job took 1.25 hours. I was going to have them snake a bathroom shower drain too, but I can not afford their services!!! I would hate to see what their after-hours rates are! On the positive side, the technician was very nice. They had me over a barrel as I had a tenant in my property who needs a functioning drain, and it was going to take too long to get another company to respond. You would not be screwing me a second-time, Neerings! Wow, what a swindle.!!! PS: I posted a review online, and the owner has never responded. There is a theme of this company of taking advantage of people if you read other reviews.

We hired this company to reposition an outdoor gas line and install a conversion kit to hook it up to our BBQ. The rough plumbing went well. In the bid, we included excavation and back-fill. We did 50-70% of the excavation and 95% of the back-fill but the charge remained the same. The technician knew nothing about a conversion kit and misled me with confidence into damaging the grill. We ended up installing the conversion kit ourselves. The technicians were nice, affable folk and knowledgable about the rough plumbing. Neerings was quick to respond, far faster than any other plumbing company we contacted.

They were quick to respond, come out and give us a quote and were able to get it done same day. The 2 gentlemen were friendly, knowledgeable and very communicative. They ensured that what I was requesting to be done was met to the highest standards. I can t thank them enough.

Service was fast, professional and honest. Jon Goble was terrific. Explained the problem and could have easily done work that really wasn t needed. Made a plan we agreed upon. As far as I m concerned they will do all my plumbing work in the future. From fire pit gas lines (which they already did a great job on for me) to replacing any refrigeration or heating when need be. Responsive, honest and expert. All the things I need. 5 star.

My 92 year old mother called NERRINGS HEATING AND COOLING service last week to have her furnace filter changed (for which she has a service agreement for free service on the NEW furnace they installed last October fro $5000) . They found a slight problem with the condensate pump on her AC unit (a $30 pump which takes about 1 min to install, just plugs into an wall outlet). It just removes the excess moisture from the AC condenser. They charged her $697!!!!!! RIDICULOUS !! They took advantage of a 92 year old woman who had NO IDEA of what they were doing !!!!!!!!!!!! PASS THIS INFORMATION ON TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW PLEASE !!! NERRINGS IS PREYING ON THE ELDERLY !!!!!!!!!!
