When E.J. took the nuts and bolts off of the belly band around the motor, they were stripped so badly that they were no loner usable. Instead of charging me $150 for a new belly band, E.J. said he would go and buy the correct nuts and bolts, then install them in a week. E.J. showed up a week later, with the correct nuts and bolts. He then installed the new motor in my furnace, and he did a thorough check to see if any carbon monoxide was leaking out--which showed no leaks at all. E.J. was highly competent, and he explained his work in a clear and helpful way. The next time I need any furnace work done by Manwill, I will request that E.J. be sent to do the work."
