"5 Stars for Francisco. They delivered solid work, were very punctual, and always left the job site clean if they left for the day. I am very please with the outcome of the concrete posts for the pergola - they did the job quickly but carefully, and took extra care to ensure the posts were equal and level. I appreciated the proactive checking in at various stages of the project. They are not the cheapest option, but you absolutely get what you pay for. I have used them for two projects so, and I would use them again."

"On time and worked hard. The reason for the lower stars is that I hired him to complete two other jobs (Mow lawn and additional sprinkler repair) and both times he failed to show up."

Lawn Irrigation questions, answered by experts

You can reseed a lawn that has dead grass, but it is best to remove the dead patches before you begin. Removing the dead turf and testing the soil will help you determine what is killing the grass so you can make the necessary amendments to prevent the problem from recurring. Once you have made the appropriate adjustments, you can rake, fertilize, and reseed. If your lawn has many large dead patches, it may be more effective to remove all the existing grass, amend the soil, and start over from scratch.

Bermuda grass is one of the fastest-growing warm-season grasses because of its system of aboveground stems (stolons) and below-ground stems (rhizomes). Adequate water and sunlight in a warmer climate will nurture the spread of Bermuda grass. This rapid growth rate makes Bermuda grass resilient and effective at choking weeds. However, this aggressive advancement can also make the grass difficult to contain and control.

Post-seeding care involves regular watering, mowing when appropriate, and occasional re-seeding to cover sparse areas.

Yes, you can typically combine liquid aeration with other lawn treatments. However, follow the specific product's instructions and consider the compatibility of treatments. In most cases, liquid aeration can complement fertilization, overseeding, or weed control programs. Combining treatments strategically can address multiple aspects of your lawn's health and appearance simultaneously. Always read and adhere to the guidelines provided by the product manufacturers to ensure safe and effective application.

Bermuda grass may be drought-resistant, but it still needs to be watered once or twice a week. The suggested amount of water Bermuda grass needs varies from season to season. Bermuda grass needs about 1 inch of water a week in summer, fall, and winter; it needs up to ¾ inch in spring.
