". E.J. took the blower wheel and housing outside and washed it out with a hose--something that no other furnace repair person had ever done. When E.J. took the nuts and bolts off of the belly band around the motor, they were stripped so badly that they were no loner usable. Instead of charging me $150 for a new belly band, E.J. said he would go and buy the correct nuts and bolts, then install them in a week. E.J. showed up a week later, with the correct nuts and bolts. He then installed the new motor in my furnace, and he did a thorough check to see if any carbon monoxide was leaking out--which showed no leaks at all. E.J. was highly competent, and he explained his work in a clear and helpful way. The next time I need any furnace work done by Manwill, I will request that E.J. be sent to do the work."

"The technician was friendly, and also skilled. He installed a camera doorbell with a new transformer."

"In the basement, they we're able to install two bathrooms (prefab tubs with their walls) and install a washer fixture in a closet for a stackable washer and dryer. They also helped create a sink fixture for a kitchen. They did great removing the concrete floor and patching it back up. Thank you!"

"Getting them to come was the hardest part of the whole experience. The installer was very knowledgeable and did a great job. My only complaint that there was a disconnect of scheduling and timing the installer would be at our house for both the estimate and to install. Other than that it was great! Still waiting to see if everything works properly."

"I called four people the same day. And he was the very best, forthright and honest. There is a gimmick that the competitors use that they will clean one drain for $30, but they won't give you a price for the entire job. He was terrific!"

"My bath fan died and the electrician found a quiet one to install he was very courteous an professional"

"Micah and Austin did an excellent job on a crawlspace encapsulation. Mac who did initial walkthrough was also very helpful in helping to determine the best options and educating me on the process. Would highly suggest Groundworks"
