Our roof was a PVC flat roof and the company with whom he sourced the PVC had a 20-year warranty (which included the work). Victor, my amazing repair person, found a small hole the previous builder hid at initial construction at the corner of second floor slash roof. After 20yrs of this minor leaking it destroyed my wall, damaged the rock, and even worked its way to the beginning of the flooring above the basement room.
